Josh was born and raised in the Greater Holland Area. He grew up building custom homes and moving ever 2 years. During those years He was always intrigued with the Real Estate process. Growing up with the hands-on experience of building process lead Josh to a job in the construction industry, and He started a career in the HVAC sector. As Josh’s career grew, He began working with unique homes and installing sophisticated designs, eventually becoming a partner at the company. In this role, Josh strived to become the local industry leader with installation and service knowledge while serving a client database in excess of 20,000. His goal was not to create a system that worked for the house, but rather to
create comfort for the clients in there Home. The goal was to approach everyone’s needs differently and find a solution that works specifically for them. Now working in a Real Estate career, Josh has adapted that same process to Sellers and Buyers, everyone needs a different approach to satisfy there needs and wants. His personal and professional travels in
and around the West Michigan Area have taken Josh from Union Pier to Traverse City, and He has learned nearly every back road, lakeside road, and gained extensive knowledge about West Michigan and the Lake Michigan communities that He services. When taking a breath away from working, both Josh and His Wife love the water and the lakeside lifestyle and sharing summer weekends between our parents’ cottages.
